  • cookies to make the website remember who you are and where you’re up to in classes and pages, etc.
  • any comments include your username, IP address and user agent of your browser in an attempt to limit spam
  • social media profiles in your browser data may be shared with the site to make logging in and sharing content easier, you should read through the privacy policy and terms of service for respective social media services to find out more information on what we can use and access. We limit this access as much as possible to ensure your privacy is maintained.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Any information provided during a class purchase is encrypted and stored securely in the site database but must be retained for legal and tax purposes.

This site house multiple forms of embedded content, YouTube & Vimeo video for example. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

We will soon be adding secure SSL/TLS encryption to the server so this will ensure all data you pass to the website will be protected from any possible interception attack.

We use Google ads and analytics and these services are covered extensively by Google’s privacy policy and terms of service if you would like to know more information about what they do with information gathered and how to action your privacy protection over through them. We use the Super Socializer WP plugin to facilitate sharing to social media platforms you can view their data retention policy here.
